Much of my success is due to preparation. I help my sellers prepare for
what's ahead. Prepare for showings, for offers, for inspections, for
appraisals, the list goes on and on. The absolute best way to get what you
need to make your move is to properly prepare for all aspects of the home
selling process. Before spending a lot of money on unnecessary repairs and
improvements allow me to preview your home. I work with a lot of buyers
and I can properly advise you in doing what's necessary in getting your home

Once your home is on the market I will help you "stage" it for
showings. Each buyer and agent that comes through your property are our
customers, and we want to help them choose your home over others. We
realize that you may still be living in the property, therefore we work closely
with you in setting showing appointments. My goal is to get your home sold

Negotiating
Offers
When we find the right buyer, we do all we can to get them to write an
offer. The offer is then presented to you for your consideration. We
will cover each item in the offer (usually over 20) to help you understand what
the buyer is requesting. Usually there will be a few items in the offer
that you will want to counter. I will help you prepare your counter offer
in a manner to help the buyer see things your way, to get your home sold. (Start

Start Packing
There are several very important things that need to happen during the escrow
process. I will monitor the sales process closely and keep you informed of all
that is going on with the buyer's loan, the property inspection, the title
search and many other procedures necessary in getting the sale finalized.

Closing the Sale
Once we are sure that everything is on tract, I will let you know what day we
expect to close. Although many closings take place very close to the date
specified in the "Offer and Acceptance", some close a little early and some a week
